Free Discovery Call (30 min)

I offer a free Discovery Call (30 min) to anyone who is interested in working with me.

During this consultation, we will determine if we are a good fit to work together. You will share with me your health history, health goals and any other relevant details about yourself. This is also an opportunity to ask more questions about my services and how I work. We can also discuss via email if you prefer.

  • Nutrition & Health Report

    This is the first step in working together as it allows me to see what nutritional and health aspects need to be addressed and in what order of priority.

    It is a thorough assessment of what you eat, how you live, your symptoms and more.

    This is great if you are generally in good health but would benefit from an audit of your diet & lifestyle.

    This can be booked as a single service and includes:

    - Online paperwork: Health & Personal History, Symptoms Questionnaire, 3-5 days Food & Mood Journal

    - 60 min in-depth interview

    - Your personalised nutritional and health report explaining your deficiencies and imbalances

    - Your personalised diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations protocol

    - Access to quality practitioner-grade supplements

    - Access to a private chat for 2 weeks after you receive your report to ask me questions

  • HTMA

    Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis provides an insight into the mineral composition inside your cells over the past 90 days. It's a non-invasive test that reveals your unique mineral status and exposure to heavy metals. 

    HTMA can be used by anyone and is a great tool for a targeted approach to health through minerals. If you do not have any head hair, please message me for alternatives. 

    It includes:

    - Everything in the "Nutrition & Health Report"

    - 1 x HTMA test

  • Add on: Coaching

    Coaching is perfect for those who are looking for ongoing support, accountability and need more guidance. We will have an online consultation every 2 weeks which is ideal to give you enough time to implement the recommendations while keeping the motivation going.

    This includes:

    - 2 x 40 minutes coaching consultations

    - An updated recommendation protocol after each consultation

    - Regular check-ins via a private chat throughout the coaching for extra support, motivation and questions

    - Educational handouts - knowledge is power, the better you understand how your body works, the easier it will be for you to stick to your new habits and make healthier choices.

    - Tips and tools to help you reach your goals and be successful in the long-term

  • Looking after your health is rarely *urgent* but it’s always important.

    I know first-hand how busy life can get (as a business owner and mum of 2 young kids) and the thought of adding more to your plate can feel overwhelming!

    Beyond the paperwork you fill in and calls we have together, the additional time you spend is in implementing the recommendations.

    This is about making your health a priority, which I believe should be a daily practise!

    I will also accommodate your personalised recommendations to ensure that it suits your needs and lifestyle in a sustainable way.

  • Yes I do!

    I want to help as many women as possible and I understand my services are not accessible to all so please get in touch and we will work out a payment plan that works for you.

  • My work is to focus on restoring health and not quick weight-loss hacks.

    A nourished and healed body should not hold on to excess weight so my clients often end up losing fat in the process.

    If weight loss is one of your goals, I will certainly take this into account when writing your personalised protocol.

  • While I don't believe that there is a "one-size-fits-all" diet, I do think that humans thrive best on an omnivore diet.

    Restrictive diets can be used therapeutically but in the long-term I believe that it is not sustainable for most people.
